Kris Hutchinson is a North Carolina native with a passion for missions and equipping the local church. He has served in a variety of ministry roles for nearly two decades, including seven years on staff at Mineral. In January 2025, he was called as Senior Pastor, where he now leads with a heart for prayer, discipleship, and missional impact both locally and internationally.

A graduate of Randolph-Macon College with a degree in Political Science, Kris went on to earn his Master of Divinity from Wake Forest University School of Divinity. He is married to his wife, Kendall, and together they share life with their golden retriever, Mowgli. Outside of ministry, Kris stays active through CrossFit and officiating football and basketball, enjoys substitute teaching, and finds time for reading and classic TV shows. He also shares devotionals, reflections, and his writing through his personal website krishutchinson.net, where he hosts a blog and podcast exploring how to see God in everyday life.

Nikisha Diggs is married to Mr. Bernard Diggs and they have two daughters, Tierra Tyler and Amber Diggs, and one son, Raheem Lawrence and one beautiful granddaughter Kennedy Diggs. Raised in Washington D.C, she graduated from Louisa County High School in 1994.  

Nikisha has a love for Jesus Christ. While a member at Mt. Hope Baptist Church she served on numerous committees and ministries, including the Sanctuary Choir, the Youth and Young Adult Choir, the J.E. Ensemble, the Celebration Choir, Deaconess Ministry, Strands of Pearls Women’s Ministry, Scholarship Committee, All for Christ Youth Ministry, Saved by Grace Praise Dance Ministry. Nikisha established One Accord Gospel Band as an outreach ministry.  God has truly blessed Nikisha and she firmly believes that she will continue to, “press toward the mark”, so that every gift that God has given to her will be used for His Glory!
